The open-plan kitchen and living area connects seamlessly to the outdoors by large tri-fold doors. With a reading nook and a large kitchen island, this space is fit to unwind and entertain. At the other end, you'll find the bedroom fit for a queen-size bed and full wardrobe. Separating the living and dining is a space-efficient bathroom that fits all your needs
Upstairs Mezzanine
Although the tiny house is complete on the ground floor, we added an optional loft space to make the perfect reading library or spare bedroom for guests or kids. With plenty of natural light from the skylights, it's an ideal sunny spot to relax indoors or a place to stargaze at night!
Windows
Windows are such a big part of what makes Scandi so bright and airy. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the tiny home, creating a sense that it is bigger than it actually is! This tiny house is ready to capture the surrounding views and flood the interiors with light with feature windows at either end and floor-to-ceiling height windows.
Indoor-Outdoor Flow
The indoor-outdoor flow is an excellent feature in this tiny home design. With the large tri-fold doors unfolding on the facade, your deck doubles as an extension of your living space!

The Petite Maison is our largest design. Designed to be as versatile, it's an excellent option for couples and families. With a total interior size of 32m², we packed in plenty of features and a great indoor-outdoor flow into this spacious modern design.
Exterior
The exterior is clad in a dark grey standing seam, complementing the warm timber accents. With plenty of windows and large trifold doors to bring in lots of natural light, this design merges the indoor and outdoor living spaces. With a slight slope in the roof, sleek façade and timber accents, Petite Maison achieves a modern look that will age well over time.
Interiors
Floor Plan
Designed for families to spend time together and have their own space, the Petite Maison's interior is spacious and efficient. With ample natural light streaming into this tiny home and large open plan living connecting to the outdoors, it feels spacious and welcoming.

Downstairs you'll find the living, kitchen, and bathroom. The two trifold doors at the main entrance bring the outside-in. A wood-burning stove in the main living area is the perfect place to gather around on a cold winters day, while the comfortable seating provides a place to relax. With a generous family bathroom equipped with a bathtub and washing machine, this tiny house is ready to take on family life!

To make access to the bedrooms easy, we've added stairs and a full-height walkway into this tiny home! At one end of the tiny house, you will find the spacious kids' bedroom with plenty of storage for toys and clothes. At the other end, separated by a full-height standing walkway, you'll find the main bedroom fit for a queen-size bed. With plenty of storage and a large skylight to bring in natural light, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Throughout Petite Maison, you will find an abundance of windows to allow natural light to stream in. There's no shortage of natural light in this tiny house with large tri-fold doors and skylights!

The two trifold doors at the main entrance bring the outside-in.
